Bubble Burst

Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs highlights the best four teams from each conference. The level of play elevates from the quality of the teams usually found in rhythm at this stage. Not surprising the Eastern conference pits divisional matchups in both series.

We find dating back to the 2003 NBA Playoff session 96 games in the Eastern conference vs. Division foes while the Western conference has seen only 56 contests in Division play.

Nonetheless, these teams are damn good and when one of them exceeds a Yuge winning margin that result enrages the foes emotional bubble. The fury intensifies when the winner is a guest ( visitor ) invading the foes home turf elevating the strife.

These egos burst badly when NBA Playoff teams in the 2nd Round win a game by 7 or more and their foe has time to think through the failure. For when the winning team is idle for 2 or more days instigates delusions of grandeur.

Since 2003 NBA Playoff teams in Round 2 playing in Games 2-1 thru 2-3 are

29-58 $ATS off a Su Win 7 > points
vs. Foes with 2+ Days Rest

Take these winning fragile bubbles on the road as Doggies and they easily collapse faltering 12-32 $ATS failure rate. If these teams took the win into double-digit status beyond 10 they explode in 8 of 36 [ 8-28 $ATS ] formations.

Another quick scenario yields a 21-6 $ATS when teams suffer a Su Home loss of 7 or more points. They rebound nicely in the friendly home confines cashing a 12-2 $ATS ledger. Isn’t nothing like good ole fashion home cookin.

Safe to say we have fun blowing these bubbles into oblivion with these distracted egomaniacs. We are happy to play Pop Goes the Weasel and take that winning splash of success. Yeah … pour those Wins on Us! May The Ball Bounce Our Way.
